According to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), you may be eligible to access your Superannuation on compassionate grounds if you need to pay for medical treatment or transport for yourself or a dependent.

  • an acute or chronic mental illness

Jayne’s Background

Our client Jayne, 47, from QLD, Australia, utilised superannuation for medical purposes, and it is an excellent example of how transformative the right surgery package can be. Jayne first reached out to us back in 2021. Since then, she has undergone two 28-day skin removal packages leveraging her Superannuation, as her GP found that it would improve her quality of life.

Jayne struggled with weight-related health issues from a young age, including hypertension and chronic pain from scoliosis. Following a life-saving gastric sleeve procedure, she lost 87 kilograms. Still, she was left with excess skin that caused both chronic pain and chronic depression, affecting her quality of life, making her eligible for a compassionate release of Superannuation. After a quick social media search, she came across Azurite and immediately felt comfortable with our authenticity and transparency. She knew she felt safe enough to take the plunge.
